The Community Department, along with support from the 1871 Women’s team, players and parents from U13 and U14 Youth and girls from the Girls Youth Section recently braved the drizzle and cold conditions to promote all things Ealing Trailfinders at the Pitshanger ‘Light Up The Lane’.

In what was a very busy stand for the 4 or so hours of the community event, a large number of local residents were able to mingle with young and older Ealing Trailfinders players and staff, participate in a ‘Spot the Ball’ competition, buy Club raffle tickets and Ealing Trailfinders merchandise.

There were many locals keen to talk about Community Department Camps, Amatuer club membership and other sports played at Trailfinders Sports Club.

Head of Community, Pratesh Desai, noted “Light Up The Lane is an integral event for the residents and retailers of Pitshanger Lane – the closest High Street to Ealing Trailfinders. We are committed to engaging with all sections of the local community and to continue building the brand awareness of Ealing Trailfinders”.

The annual panto is taking place on the 17th of December, traditionally performed by the U10 coaches, who happily share their acting talent 😄

Last year’s rendition was performed by the current u11s and was a wonderful sight for sore eyes, performing a previously unknown version of Cinderella never before seen… and hopefully never to be seen again.

The first double header at TFSC is just round the corner!
