Our exciting holiday camps are back for the Summer! Join us in one of our three locations across west London to learn some skills and make friends with our fully qualified coaches!

We are running camps at the Linford Christie Athletics Stadium in Hammersmith, Hillingdon Abbots Rugby Club in Hillingdon and off course at Vallis way.

There’s lots of choice for you this summer as we will be running our HAF multi sport camps, football, netball, and rugby masterclasses for both boys and girls!

Trailfinders Women and Activate Learning Partnership

,

Trailfinders Women have signed partnership with Activate Learning to deliver an elite high performance girls’ pathway. The programme will be delivered out of Activate Learning’s excellent City of Oxford College Centre Campus. The programme will provide:

  • Outstanding professional coaches, strength and conditioning staff, analysis and medical support.
  • Pastoral support and guidance.
  • 15hrs + of dedicated contact time each week with full-time rugby staff.
  • Access to A Levels and BTEC courses.
  • Outstanding accommodation on site providing an immersive rugby and academic experience.
  • Quality playing and training facilities including artificial and grass pitches, as well as state of the art Strength & Conditioning facilities and pool.
  • The opportunity to study an additional sporting qualification- Diploma in Sporting Excellence (DiSE), for selected students
  • Compete in the highest standard of girls college rugby in the UK, with squads in both the ACE League and AOC Premier competition.
  • Scholarships and bursary through Trailfinders Women’s performance pathway
  • Coaching support from Trailfinders Women’s players and professional coaches
  • A defined pathway from college through Brunel University towards Trailfinders Women’s PWR rugby.

Ealing Trailfinders 1871 News

After a month of Strength and Conditioning taking place at Vallis Way and at other gyms around the country the Ealing Trailfinders 1871 Men resumed pitch-based training on 2nd July.

 

This continues each Tuesday and Thursday, interrupted by friendly fixtures at Vallis Way against Twickenham on Saturday 17th August and Old Priorian on Thursday 29th August 2024.

PWR Up Series Fixtures

Fixtures for the innovative PWR Up Series have been confirmed ahead of its debut this September.

Three weekends of fixtures will act as a warm-up for all nine Premiership Women’s Rugby clubs before their launch into league action on Saturday 5 October.

Clubs have been grouped together into regional pools of three and will play one another once across three weekends.

Ealing Trailfinders Preseason Fixtures

Ealing Trailfinders will play three matches in preseason in the lead up to the 2024/25 Championship season.

On the 31st of August, Ealing Trailfinders will host URC outfit Cardiff Rugby. Season Ticket holders go free, and adult tickets start from £10.

Next up, the West Londoners will travel to the West Country to take on last Season’s Premiership finalists, Bath, in what should be a mouth-watering clash.

The final run-out before the new season starts will be against Hartpury University at the ALPAS Arena on Friday, September 13th, a week before the Championship gets underway.

Most importantly, we’ve got girls rugby on Wednesday with sessions led by members Trailfinders Women’s Team.

Ealing Trailfinders 1871 seeking paid Medical Services Staff

,

Ealing Trailfinders 1871 RFC are currently seeking paid Medical Services Staff to join the club as we embark on the 24/25 season and beyond in London & SE Division Counties 1 Herts/Middlesex.

The club has three paid vacancies:

  1. Head Physiotherapist (1871 Men’s Rugby)

  2. Medical Services Assistant (Weeknight rehabilitation)

  3. Matchday First Aid

The roles will begin in July 2024 and continue until April/May 2025.

Training takes place on Tuesday and Thursday from 18:30 – 21:00 at Vallis Way, Ealing, W13 0DD.

Games take place on Saturday afternoons at Vallis Way and across London, Middlesex and Hertfordshire. Occasional evening games are also scheduled.

Medical support opportunities for our Colts (U18s) are also available, taking place on Sundays and Thursdays. Please contact for more information. These roles will require a DBS check.
