Ealing Trailfinders Colts Annual 10 a side competition

Sunday 4th May saw the annual Ealing Trailfinders Colts 10 a side end of season take place at a chilly TFSC.

The Last Dance for sone of our Colts as they leave the Youth set up, but what our tournament represents is rugby for everyone, and playing with your mates.

10’s isn’t for everyone I guess, but we managed to get two squads together , Ealing Scimitars and Ealing Sabres ( a reference to the club badge for the uneducated amongst us !), were to take the field against our guest teams from Hemel Hempstead, Finchley and from across the Thames, Richmond Colts

Some outstanding rugby was on show, despite the end of season Colts celebrations taking place on Friday Evening at TFSC !
For the record , not that it was important, who keeps score anyway , Ealing Scimitars took the trophy with 4 wins from 4, Skippered by Stan , following his cup appearance for the 1871 Men’s 1st XV on Saturday , a fine try from Rob Jones a highlight, but what was really good to see was over 75 lads playing a final game of the season for their respective clubs.
